Quer (n.) – A quer is an abstract term for artistic creations which forgo a definite grounding in logic for the purpose of a stronger emotional impact. A more poetic definition of a quer is a “riddle without an answer”. Examples of quers include things like poems that flash a series of images which, while significantly interconnected, are not based on any overlying story, setting, or chronology, though they imply this things. Another example of a quer is a story that taps deeply into surrealism for dramatic effect to the point where the events of the story cannot be logically mapped or explained by any system of rules the reader or author know.

Flash is action, not restatement. Just because you say "blood" more than twenty times in a paragraph does not make it horror. Also not an original idea. Its from HellRaiser. The puzzle box open when blood gets on it an kills you by taking off the skin. So say that. Not just. Blood this and blood that. THat was bloody boring. Copycats copy because they have no new ideas. So at least make it short.
Good music and good mixing on the music, wasted on a crappy, derivative story.

The way my wife's grandma describe"s her dental implants is more horrifing. Oh the blood, the blood. Tthe blood mixed with saliva, the MediCare double billing, the horror. It will be weeks before I enjoy again a hard candy."

Jerome Dent owed me 5 minutes, now it is up to 9 because of this review.

The music was the only good thing about this episode. It was so boring, I didn't even bother to finish it.

The underscore of the music was a very nice touch. It really added something to it.

I found this to well-written but the laced something for me.

I am fine with surreal. At its best, it is like poetry and encourages the reader to engage and think.

To me this was a painting it reminded me of The Scream.

But the ending did not have an impact for me that I hungered for. So it does not that stick with you quality and long after you forgotten the title or who wrote, something lingers.

Well I cannot love or like them all.

Wow. This gave me goosebumps. Not because it was scary but because it was sort of "out there". Besides, the visuals really were what gave this little story the "oompf" that I think helped it along. Plus, think about how the body ended up as it did and who did the writing! Good stuff. The music was great and eerie

Didn't do it for me.

I liked this flash story. I can't say it's the best out of the bunch on this site, though.

The music definitely added a lot and created an eerie ambience to the scenes. I liked the hanging note at the end... I give this one a 6.8/10

Keep it up.
